1. IC Design Engineers (1):
Based on CMOS/ BiCMOS technologies, you will design state-of-the-art analog and mixed-signal ICs including DC-DC converters, power-supply controllers,  linear regulators, op amps, comparators and interface circuits, that will operate over a wide temperature range. Job responsibilities include transistor level circuit design, layout supervision, and laboratory characterization. Requirements as below:
MSEE or BSEE plus 5+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
Good intuitive and mathematical understanding of transistor-level design and stability analysis.
Layout issues with respect to analog performance.
Experience in dealing with people and working in team environments.
Flexible, pro-active and willing to learn and contribute to meeting team objectives
Knowledge of digital circuit design a plus.

2. CAD Engineer (1)
Responsibilities are to provide CAD support to design engineers on simulation and layout tools, develop and maintain cell libraries, design re-use technology files and design kits for new technologies, including device symbols, models, and LVS/DRC decks. Requirements as follows:
BSEE or higher
Knowledge of Cadence and Unix
Knowledge of skill programming a plus
Good communication skills and ability to interface effectively with management and colleagues

3. IC Layout Engineer (1)
Layout analog and mixed-signal ICs for using submicron BiCMOS/ CMOS technologies. Responsibilities include chip planning, scheduling, creating precision analog layouts, running DRC and ERCs. Requirements include
Working knowledge of Solaris and proficiency with CAD tools
Familiarity with layout and verification tools.
Self-motivated with good communication skills,
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Experience of greater than 2 years in analog IC layout is necessary.

4.  Sales Engineer  (6):
Applicants should hold BSEE degree, possess good oral/ written communication skills in Chinese and English, be willing to take challenges and succeed.  Position available in Shanghai, Beijing & Shenzhen.

5. Customer Service Representative (1):
Applicants are expected to have good oral/ written communication skills, hard-working and a strong sense of responsibility. Related work experience is desired.
