Position Summary:
Customer major contact
Coordinate customer visit, audit, conference call & other business related activities between customer & factory
Support customer NPI activities, qual & eng build, new biz requirement collection, etc.
Support customer satisfaction activities: complaint/voice, satisfaction survey, supplier ranking & score
Participate business review, including forecast, achievement status, loading plan, delivery, reporting, etc.
