Key Specifications
Product Description This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the outputs, thus preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down. The VCC isolation feature is designed so that if either VCC input supply is below 100mV, all level shifter outputs are disabled and placed into a high impedance state. The UM3288F enters a three-state output mode to reduce supply current when output enable (OE) is low. The UM3288F is designed so that the OE input circuit is supplied by VCCA. ±8kV ESD protection on both sides for greater protection in applications that route signals externally. The UM3288F series are available in CSP20 2.4×1.9, TSSOP20, QFN20 4.5×3.5 and QFN20 3.0×3.0 packages. Features
-Max Data Rates:
100Mbps (Push-pull, 1.8V to 3.3V)
2Mbps(Open-drain)
-VCCA and VCCB are independent: VCCA may be greater than, equal to, or less than VCCB
-IOFF supports partial power-down mode operation
-VCC isolation feature – if either VCC input is at GND, all are in the high-impedance state -No Direction-Control Signal Needed
-No Power-Supply Sequencing Required VCCA or VCCB Can Be Ramped First -Low Power Consumption
-ESD protection on A and B port:
±8kV Human-Body Model -Latch-Up Performance Exceeds 800mA
